Goods refers to any physical items sold through HomeTransfer.
4. Services
Our ownership transfer facilitation services include reviewing documents, liaising with domain registries, and confirming transfer completion. Clients must provide accurate information. Fees are due in full prior to initiation. Transfers may be assigned to another party upon written notice at least five business days before the scheduled process.
5. Info Products
Info Products are available immediately after purchase. Access links and login credentials will be provided. Due to the nature of digital delivery, no reimbursements are available once access has been granted. Technical issues can be addressed by contacting our support team.
6. Goods
Physical items must be inspected upon delivery. If an item is defective or damaged, you may request a reimbursement or replacement within fourteen days of delivery. To proceed, ship the item back at your expense. Once we receive and verify the condition, we will process the reimbursement within seven business days.
7. Refund Policy
All reimbursement requests for Services must be submitted within thirty days of invoice issuance. If work has not begun, a full reimbursement will be issued to the original method of payment. Once preparatory work or third-party fees have been expended, Services are non-refundable due to irreversible costs.
Info Products are non-refundable after access is granted. If you cannot access your materials, contact us for support or a replacement link.
Goods are eligible for reimbursement or share only if reported within fourteen days of delivery and provided in original, unused condition. Defective items qualify for reimbursement or replacement.
